Shipping

We use DHL or DPD for shipping within Germany and DHL for international shipping.

Contact us immediately so we can update your shipping address. Since we have little control in shipping, there is no guarantee that we can redirect your package during the delivery process.

Your order should arrive Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm. Unfortunately, it is possible that unforeseen events occur with our shipping partners. You can check the status of your delivery. If you have checked it and your package is still not delivered, contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Returns

For returns, you may use a shipping service of your choice and must pay the fee yourself. The delivered products must be returned in a resalable condition. If we determine that the products are not in a resalable condition, we will return them to the shipping address provided to order the products.

If the product has arrived safely and passed quality control, the refund will be made to the original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund will take 3-5 business days. If the payment was made with PayPal, the refund will take 1-3 days.

The entire invoice amount will be refunded including shipping costs

Unfortunately, an exchange service via our web shop is not available now. Unwanted products must be returned to our warehouse and then you can reorder your desired products.
